Cynthia Stamper Graff is President and CEO of Lindora, Inc., the largest multi-site medical
weight control system in the United States. A nationally recognized expert in the field of weight management, she has been
actively involved in the growth and development of Lindora since 1988. Graff, a leader in integrating technology into the
treatment of obesity, has been instrumental in developing Lindora's clinical program as well as the online and by-phone
options. For three consecutive years, Lindora has been ranked one the "Top 500 Women Owned Businesses in America" by
Working Woman magazine.
Graff is the author of Lean for Life Phase One: Weight Loss (with Jerry Holderman), Lean for Life Phase Two: Lifetime
Solutions, and bodyPRIDE (with Janet Eastman and Marc C. Smith). She is also the founder of the Lean for Life Foundation,
a nonprofit organization that promotes obesity research and educational programs, and funds weight control services to
selected low-income, morbidly obese men, women, and children.
An Orange County Business Journal Women In Business award winner, Graff is a national Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of
the Year Award nominee. She has been a member of the Young Presidents Organization since 1993 and a member of Adaptive
Business Leaders since 1998.
Graff holds a law degree from York University in Toronto, and a B.S. in business finance from California State
University-Long Beach. She resides in Newport Beach, California.

Marilyn Platfoot,
Lindora's Chief Operating Officer, has over
25 years of retail experience in operations management of over 250 retail stores. In addition, she
developed and opened over 150 "store within stores" across the country.
Before Lindora, she most recently held the position of Executive Vice President of Retail Operations
and Joint Ventures for FAO, Inc., which included FAO Schwarz, Zany Brainy, and The Right Start. She
developed and launched "Store Within a Store" within Saks Fifth Avenue and Saks Department Store Group.
Marilyn held additional positions at The Right Start, including Executive VP, with responsibilities of
Retail Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Human Resources, Training, and Real Estate.
Her personal skills and expertise in merchandising, financial planning, information systems, marketing,
human resources, real estate, store operations, and negotiating partnerships has prepared Marilyn well
for her current role with Lindora.

Sabina M. Kobylinski, D.O.
is Lindora's Medical Advisor. She graduated from the University of
Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines, IA and completed her residency and internship at the Naval Hospital
of Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, CA. Board certified in Family Practice, this military veteran served as
Lieutenant Commander of the Medical Corps, United States Navy for 7 years. After serving her country,
Dr. Kobylinski worked for FHP, Incorporated as a Staff Physician and as the head of the Family Practice
Department of the Twentynine Palms Naval Hospital. Several years ago, she established and grew a successful
private practice specializing in Family Medicine. Dr. Kobylinski maintained her practice which was mainly
focused on disease prevention for 7 years.
The pandemic of obesity presents unique challenges in the field
of disease prevention. Dr. Kobylinski's expertise in disease prevention makes her the ideal fit to lead
Lindora's Medical staff. She is a member of the the Osteopathic Physicians Society of Southern California
and of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians. She is also a Diplomate of the American Board of
Family Practice.
She volunteers her time and skills as a physician to various charitable causes. She
is married and has a daughter.
