WellRewards Members and Health Net Employees must provide their Discount Code when purchasing a Lindora Lean for Life program on-line. You may obtain this code by calling our Customer Service Number at 1-800-LINDORA from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) and providing your membership or employee identification information to our representative.

Today, in addition to the clinics, the program is available everywhere with our Lindora by Phone™ and Lindora Online™ programs.

What is the Lean for Life Program?

The clinically proven Lean for Life® program is not just a diet. It addresses all of the many and complex causes of weight gain. As a participant, you will enjoy a satisfying, nutritious meal plan consisting of real--not packaged--foods. You'll work privately, on line or with your personal nurse educator to discover how your body uses food and burns fat and how to manage stress, curb your appetite, control your cravings and develop new habits to make lasting lifestyle changes.

Does My Family Qualify for the Discount?

Spouses and Children of WellRewards Members and Health Net personnel qualify for the treatment discount. As weight management is often a family affair, we encourage family participation.

How Would I, or My Dependents, Identify Ourselves to Qualify for the Discount?

Clinics: Whether for yourself or a member of your immediate family who is covered by Health Net, if you visit one of our Southern California Clinics, you will need to present proof of WellRewards (Health Net) membership or employment with Health Net. This can be in the form of your insurance or employee identification card or a business card. If you do not have these forms of proof, and with your permission, we will confirm your eligibility with your Human Resources Department.

Online or Customer Service Orders: All Health Net WellRewards members and Health Net employees must use their Health Net discount code. This is available through our Customer Service Center. Simply call 1-800-LINDORA between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) and present your identification information to our representative.
